Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gaming Policy

Last updated: [30.05.2026]

1. Our commitment

Tap King Limited ("Tap King", "we", "us" or "our") is a business-to-business (B2B) casino content aggregator licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Gaming Authority. We source online gaming content from third-party game suppliers and make it available, under licence, to gaming operators.

Although Tap King does not operate gaming services for end players, we recognise that gaming carries real risks for some individuals and that those risks must be taken seriously across the entire value chain. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming standards in everything we do and to working only with counterparties who share that commitment.

This Responsible Gaming Policy describes the principles that guide Tap King's approach to responsible gaming and the expectations we place on the operators and suppliers we work with.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to:

·     Tap King's directors, officers and employees;

·     the operator clients to whom Tap King supplies aggregated gaming content; and

·     the game suppliers and other counterparties whose content or services are integrated through Tap King.

End-player protection is, in practice, delivered by our operator clients, who hold the direct relationship with players, the relevant operating licence(s) and the regulatory responsibility for end-user protection. Tap King supports those operators by setting clear standards in our contractual arrangements and by enabling the responsible-gaming functionality made available by our game suppliers.

3. Our principles

Tap King's approach to responsible gaming is built on the following principles:

·     Integrity: gaming should be offered as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of solving financial or personal problems.

·     Protection of minors: gaming is exclusively for adults. No part of our value chain may target, attract, or knowingly accept minors.

·     Informed choice: players should have access to clear and accurate information about how games work and the risks associated with them.

·     Prevention of harm: where signs of problem gaming appear, players should be supported, not exploited. Operators should provide effective tools to limit play and seek help.

·     Compliance: all participants in our value chain must comply with the laws, licences and standards applicable to their activities.

4. Standards for our operator clients

In our agreements and in our day-to-day dealings with operator clients, we expect operators to maintain, at a minimum, the following responsible-gaming standards:

·     Age verification: robust mechanisms to verify that registered players are of legal age in their jurisdiction and to prevent access by minors.

·     Identity and source-of-funds checks: appropriate Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering controls.

·     Player-protection tools: availability of tools that allow players to set deposit, loss and session limits, to take time-outs and to self-exclude for defined or permanent periods.

·     Reality checks and clear information: time and balance notifications, plain-language game information and visible terms and conditions.

·     Responsible advertising: marketing that is fair, non-misleading, not directed at minors or vulnerable individuals, and that does not portray gaming as a solution to personal or financial problems.

·     Staff training: training of customer-facing staff to identify and respond appropriately to signs of problem gaming.

·     Access to help: visible links to recognised support organisations and clear instructions on how to self-exclude or seek help.

·     Geographic compliance: operation only in territories where the operator is legally permitted to offer the relevant services.

Operators are responsible for implementing and monitoring these measures in accordance with the laws and licence conditions applicable to them.

5. Standards for our game suppliers

Tap King works with content suppliers that operate to recognised industry standards. We expect game suppliers to:

·     hold all licences and certifications required for the supply of their content;

·     submit their random number generators (RNGs) and games to testing by recognised independent test laboratories;

·     design games that include the responsible-gaming features expected by reputable jurisdictions (such as configurable limits, autoplay restrictions, clear display of stakes, balances and outcomes, and the absence of features designed to encourage prolonged or harmful play); and

·     promptly address responsible-gaming-related issues identified through internal reviews, audits or regulatory inspections.

6. Our internal practices

Within Tap King, we:

·     conduct due diligence on operator clients and game suppliers before we engage with them and on an ongoing basis;

·     include responsible-gaming, compliance and audit provisions in our standard agreements;

·     restrict or terminate commercial relationships where a counterparty fails to meet our responsible-gaming or compliance expectations;

·     train relevant employees on responsible-gaming principles applicable to a B2B aggregator;

·     review this Policy periodically and update it as our business and the industry evolve.

7. Players seeking help

Tap King is a B2B service provider and does not provide direct services or support to end players. If you are a player seeking assistance with gaming behaviour, please contact the responsible-gaming or customer-support team of the operator with whom you hold your account, who will be able to direct you to the appropriate self-exclusion options and support resources.

Independent help is also available from recognised organisations such as GamCare (www.gamcare.org.uk), Gamblers Anonymous (www.gamblersanonymous.org) and similar organisations in your jurisdiction.

If you believe you may have a gaming problem, we strongly encourage you to seek help.

8. Reporting concerns

Operators, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders who have concerns about responsible-gaming practices within Tap King's value chain are encouraged to raise those concerns with us at [email protected]. Reports will be handled confidentially and reviewed by the appropriate function within Tap King.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Responsible Gaming Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our business or industry standards. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised.
