1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Tap King Limited ("Tap King", "we", "us" or "our"), available at https://tapking.com (the "Website"), and any related information, materials or communications made available through the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.
2. About Tap King
Tap King is a business-to-business (B2B) casino content aggregator. We source online gaming content from third-party game suppliers and make it available, under licence, to gaming operators. Tap King is incorporated in the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros (company registration number 15783), with registered office at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and is licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Gaming Authority under licence reference ALSI-202408006-FI1.
Tap King does not operate gaming services for end players. We do not accept bets or wagers from members of the public, we do not manage player accounts, and we do not pay out winnings. Any gaming activity offered to end players using content sourced through Tap King is operated solely by independently licensed operators, under their own brand and their own regulatory authorisations.
3. Nature of the Website
The Website is an informational corporate website intended for: gaming operators and prospective operator clients; game suppliers; investors, partners and service providers; and members of the press and the public seeking corporate information about Tap King.
The Website is not a gaming platform. No registration, deposit, wagering or play functionality is offered through the Website, and no content on the Website constitutes an offer or invitation to gamble.
4. Eligibility and use restrictions
You may only use the Website if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Website, you confirm that you do so in compliance with the laws applicable to you and that your access is not prohibited in your jurisdiction.

Any commercial relationship between Tap King and a counterparty (including operator clients, game suppliers, agents or service providers) is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement executed by both parties. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, commitment, licence or contractual obligation on the part of Tap King, and access to the Website does not create any business or contractual relationship between you and Tap King.
6. Intellectual property
All content available on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, videos, software and the selection and arrangement of such content — is owned by or licensed to Tap King and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and view the Website for your own internal, lawful purposes. No other rights are granted, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, creation of derivative works or commercial use — requires Tap King's prior written consent.
The names "Tap King" and any associated logos and marks are trademarks of Tap King or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.

The Website may contain references to, or links to, third-party websites, products, services or content. Such references and links are provided for convenience only. Tap King does not endorse, control or assume responsibility for any third-party content, and access to such content is at your own risk and subject to the relevant third party's own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tap King makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.
Tap King does not warrant that the Website will be free of errors, defects, viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of liability

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Website, with or without notice. We may also, at our discretion, restrict or terminate your access to the Website if we believe that you have breached these Terms or that your use of the Website may expose Tap King, our counterparties or third parties to legal or operational risk.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union of Comoros, without giving effect to any conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Union of Comoros, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or, if it cannot be so modified, severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tap King with respect to your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
